The swayth rotator cuff is made up of a number of muscles, four in total, and tendons. They are located around the top of the humerus bone, the roll of the swayth rotator cuff is to make sure the humerus bone stays in the correct place in your shoulder and as the name suggests enable the arm to rotate.

I can't believe we have actually done it, we have launched RotatorCuffTips.com. After months and months of hard work designing and setting up the website.
