Swayth Rotator Cuff



The swayth rotator cuff is made up of a number of muscles, four in total, and tendons. They are located around the top of the humerus bone, the roll of the swayth rotator cuff is to make sure the humerus bone stays in the correct place in your shoulder and as the name suggests enable the arm to rotate.
